A little back I blogged about the custom Frogskins that Oakley had released (and pretty much soldout) - and once again Oakley has teamed up with Snowboarder Shaun White to release his version of the Frogskins. Coming in a clear frame and violet iridium lenses, as well as a custom bag designed by Shaun, these will be out in Oakley retailers in June.

First off, these are near impossible to get in Canada as Oakley.ca doesn't "carry" Frogskins - you are going to have to do some mail-order business with either eBay or other sunglasses retailers. For USA - check this link for the regular Frogskins, and the custom ones here.

Second, these custom editions are SICKKK. Featuring looks like Matte Turquoise/White/Grey (White "legs", and interchangeable Turquoise "legs" - with Grey lens), Grey/Violet/Iridium with grey/violet "legs" and Iridium lens, blue/grey/grey (with blue/grey "legs") these shades go for $120 USD (MSRP) and are selling faster than ice cream melts on a hot summer day (even the regular Frogskins are soldout!)

Dita debuted their Featherlite series this month, featuring a super light titanium frame with enamel inlay. These Aviator-esque shades come in multiple shades, and are extremely light yet durable. Berlin artist Marok teamed up with sunglass makers Colab to create three sick designs that emulate the classic styles yet keep it original. Colab’s premise has always been to align itself with select individuals in the creative industry to create a number of pieces over its relative new entry into the eyewear business. The Marok X Colab series composes of the Superstring, M1 and 9-1-1. Each feature a nice contemporary update to some classic offerings with some non-run of the mill color schemes.
