Alicia Keys for Part II of "Empire State Of Mind" subtitled "Broken Down" (which the original is currently on top of the charts as of this week). A huge R&B vision for this track compared to the original, and in all honestly it doesn't have the flair or style of the first song that made it a huge song in the first place. A retrospective, humbled flow from Hov may have made this song a good one to vibe to, but alas its missing.
