Jay-Z has dropped another track from his upcoming highly anticipated album Blueprint³, this time featuring Drake (only on the vocals however) on the track "Off That". The track features heavy-hitting fast beats, quick flow and a busy busy sound (courtesy of Timbaland). His album drops on September 11, 2009, 8 years after the original Blueprint dropped.
