The Lakers lost by 4 - for a final score of 104-108 against the Orlando Magic in Game 3. The series is now 2-1 for the Lakers, with two more games at the Amway Arena, before potentially going to the Staples Center for a potential game 6/7 (but most likely not). Kobe Bryant was horrendous last night - although he scored 31 points, 8 assists and 3 rebounds he shot for 11-25 and 4-9 in 3 pointers - as well as shooting a low of 5 for 10 free throw shooting. You have to go all the way back to the late 90's when Kobe was still greenhorn when his shooting was this bad. But as Phil Jackson puts it:

"You know, we're all frail as humans, sometimes not as much as others."

With the Magic shooting at 62.5% yet only winning by 4, you can already see trouble as Kobe having a bad night is unlikely to happen, just as its unlikely for the Magic to shoot that high again.

See for an away (almost sweep) wins in the next two games for the Lakers.
