Chris Brown released a two-minute video *finally* apologizing for his behavior. I'd say this is a good 5 months late, but at least he did it (thank you Mr. Brown's PR team!) - now keep making some good music and do a few "I made a mistake" tracks that top the charts and you'll be (sort of) back on your feet!
